Floral still life iPhone Photography work in a textured painterly style. Very often I build a grungy texture in to my iPhoneography but with this one I decided to take a slightly different route and create something with a more minimalist clean feel.
For me, this iPhoneography at the foot of the 199 steps in Whitby is enhanced by processing to simulate a painting rather than retaining the low edit photographic look.
Street iPhoneography is my favourite genre but it rarely gives me the opportunity to process in my preferred painterly / texture blended style. ‘Mrs Whistler?’ gave me an opportunity to combine both genres in a single image.
